My aim is to help people become Smart Repair Technicians and set up a Successful Business of their own. No Management Fees, No Commissions to pay Just Your Business Your Profits.
Who am I?
Hi I am Mike and have been around the Motor Repair and Refinish Industry for over 30 years 10 years of which have been in the Smart Repair sector. I have in the past also been a National Trainer for a large UK based Smart Repair company. I now run own company called SMARTWAY.
What can I do for you?
Over the years I have developed an easy to learn training course that I know will help you learn the skills required to become a Smart Repairer. If you have never worked in this trade or have some experience, this course will help you get were you want to be.
I only train people on a One to One basis in real conditions giving you my full attention so that you will learn quickly and pick up the skills required. Most other company's training is done in groups and in a work shop.
Because we only use one brand of products throughout the repair process it means that you will never find an unexpected change in the way products work giving you piece of mind while carrying out your repairs. Most other company's re brand products to their name so you don't know what you are getting.
Have you already set up your own company or bought a Franchise and its not just going the way it should. Are you finding that the repairs don't work like you thought. Cant get the support that you need. Then I am here to HELP.
What will it cost?
For you to come out with me for One day on my area working on customers cars £100.00 + vat per day. This is usually for you to see what you will be doing before you make your final commitment into Smart Repair. I find it is better to test the water before you jump in. I can also assess you on what you may need and how much training you may require. If then you proceed to buy a full training course this will be deducted from the costs.
If already working as a Smart Repair Technician you may wish to update your training with a One or two day course, to help you with Tinting Colours, using Body Filler, Changing from Solvent Paints to Water Based Paints, or any other repairs that you my have trouble with. Cost £100.00 + vat per day

So its up to you to tell me what you require and how quickly you feel you can pick up the skills
Because I do not run a big corporate Building, Training room Or employee people do the training my overheads are very low, therefore I can pass the saving on to you. Big is not always best I do believe if you fail I fail as my company is family run.
So why do I not sell a Franchise?
Normally a Franchise will train you for 2 weeks if you have painted a car before or not. But also in that 2 weeks you will be shown Seat Repairs, Leather and Dash Repairs, Windscreen repairs. So you will only properly end up with 5 days to learn how to repair a cars bodywork. That is a lot to learn in just 10 days. How much can one person take in before the repair techniques get all mixed up. I believe in you taking your time and understanding each repair process properly and at a cost you can afford.
Franchises charge you Commissions and or Management Fees and you have to buy their products, this I feel makes it harder for you to make Your Money and build Your Business, So none of that here Just Your Business Your Profits
